These little robots want nothing more than to help their Coder Club friends with their programming solutions, and they will do everything that they’re told to do.

The Coding Kanga

I'm a red kangaroo from Australia but I was born in England.

I love coding, my momma is a developer and she taught me to love coding. I hang out at the coder Clubhouse with all my coding friends.

Peter

Roopert's best friend

Peter is 16 years old, which makes him the eldest of all the Clubhouse members.
He lives next door to the Roo family with his Grandma and Grandpa and he's Roopert's best friend.

Sophie Sohrter lives next door to Roopert, 2 doors down the road from Peter.
Sophie's family moved into the street only 2 years ago but she is close friends with Peter and Roopert. Sophie's dad owns the local computer store.

Lucy's big brother

Luke Loopster is 8 years old and he's the big brother of Lucy.
Lucy and Luke live with their family on the same street as the Roo family.
Lucy and Luke are members of the Kanga Code Club and can often be found hanging out at the Clubhouse.

I've always been interested in literature and studied English at the University of Sussex, England. I'd been dabbling with writing on and off, but it was when I was living in Taiwan teaching English to kindergarten-age kids that I really saw the power of a well written and illustrated children's book.
